If you want to gain some credibility, and that wouldn't be that hard, being as you currently have none, then, instead of reading from a report that must be over 10 years old, bring in a real geologist, do some auguring (these are placer claims only, it appears, send samples to a reputable lab (There are few, best to stick with a good lab. I'll be glad to direct you to the best couple. Hint, they're usually cheaper than the bad ones) .
However, before doing that, or again claiming proven reserves---of any amount no matter how small--or other worldly big--you might want to look into permitting..... all that is required...and the reports that go with......
By the way, I hope you have that well up and running. Those willow trees by the wash plant will need lots..especially after you transported them from wherever they were growing, which was probably near a good water source. Though I can't imagine why anyone would dig up common river willow..... kinda costly.....
