A business doesn't go on a shopping spree buying up the best $$$ can buy because they are going broke. Iequity won't let that happen.
The only thing that WILL happen is they will build the business their way; slow to us, fast to themselves.
Always companies go down during REGISTRATION/AUDITING procesess.
