Actually the week doesn't really end until Saturday and although it would be completely unorthodox DUTV could release it then and remain in compliance with their Tweeted statement. However, I believe I wouldn't be alone if I said I would have an Ex-Laxident it DUTV released any news considering their track record.
Only DUTV can shoot itself in the foot at this point. No news OR more delays by week end and I say the jig is up.
