Ridgeline Hires Chief Operating Officer
August 24, 2012 - Calgary, Alberta, Ridgeline Energy Services Inc. ("Ridgeline" or the "Company") (TSXV: RLE, OTCQX: RGDEF, FSE: RL7) an energy services and water treatment company, today announced that Richard Winterich has been hired as Chief Operating Officer for the company.

Over the past 35 years Mr. Winterich has gained significant financial leadership and operational management experience that he will bring to Ridgeline Energy Services. He has held numerous CFO and COO positions in a variety of public and private companies ranging in size from Fortune 500 to start-up technology companies. Throughout his career he has successfully completed numerous merger and acquisition transactions. His main areas of expertise are operations, strategic planning, cash flow management, expense control and M&A, all focused on optimizing shareholder valuation.
Prior to joining Ridgeline, Mr. Winterich was the CFO/COO of Ensynch, a Microsoft Gold Partner which was successfully sold to Insight. Prior to Ensynch, Mr. Winterich was the CFO/COO of Horizon Waste Services. He served as CFO of Mobility Electronics, a start-up technology company that raised $55M in an IPO in 2000. He held both CFO/COO positions in companies owned by the venture fund operated by the Harbour Group. As Director of Finance for Square D Corporation, a $1.8B Fortune 500 Company, he was responsible for strategic planning, IT and the operation of domestic and foreign production facilities managing a staff in excess of 200 employees. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Baldwin-Wallace College.
