Toronto, Ontario – August 24, 2012 - iSIGN Media Solutions Inc. (“iSIGN” or “Company”) (TSX-V: ISD), a leading provider of interactive mobile advertising solutions that serves advertisers, manufacturers, retailers and advertising agencies throughout North America and GraphicMedia, Inc. (“Graphic”), a privately owned and operated creative graphics and advertising company located in Bluffton, Indiana, are pleased to announce the signing of addendum second licensing agreement adding a portion of Texas as an exclusive territory for Graphic.
Under the terms of the agreement, Graphic has agreed to a payment of $250,000 US, to acquire exclusive rights to the territory of Northeastern Texas. The agreement also calls for iSIGN to receive $1,095 US in licensing fees per unit per year.

We are so confident in iSIGN’s Smart Antenna and related software, that we are talking with iSIGN about adding the State of Washington to our agreement.”
