The plan is encouraging. The "drilling and testing of two wells" before the many first and then drilling the remainder only if first two are successful is sound. Then drilling the remainder of the reservoir in a close proximity cluster versus 400 miles apart will indeed reduce costs and time. I guess that's why there is an age old term called "oil field".
A plan is only "a plan". How well was the first plan executed and at what cost to longs? I don't forgive and forget so easily when it comes to my hard earned money. I understand the risks but I don't like to read PR'd plans or business plans as though their imminent and then something different than planned takes place. Should I immediately throw another $30K at this stock or wait for more developments? I think I will wait for more developments this time versus taking this new plan "to heart" like I did the first plan! It's called a lack of credibility which is why all the PR's of 2013 and 1st 10Q have done little for the PPS. I have all the incentives in the world for the plan to be successful. I don't have a crystal ball so you will see my tune change gradually once the 2nd Q improves over the 1st Q, 3rd Q over 2nd Q, 4th Q over 3rd Q, and so on and so forth. If people have a problem with my attitude or maybe I'll call it "neutral hope" then so be it. There is always the ignore button.
