Finally, a Business Plan that really makes sense and does play favorably for investors.  And the good point about the plan is that not only has it begun, but they are actually well into the second inning, so to speak.  The timeline for being cashflow positive is just as I posted earlier today.  Now, if they can make that happen, the company is well on its way to being a real player.  And this is just the Texas operations.  Possibly this may stop the bleeding of shares at thes prices, and may even cause an uptick.  Progress is being made by the company.  Everyone look at a company called Best Buy.  They were doing great, had a nice run in their stock, and then hit unfavorable times due to some less than quality management decisions.  Now, they acheived some capital infusion, made some management corrections, and have turned the stock around, even to the tune of moving up dramatically over the past few months.  Check it out.  Treaty can do the same thing.  And in fact, this business plan lays out how and what they are going to do to achieve it, just like Best Buy.  Today's pps may really be a time to acquire more because if the plan is carried out they will become cashflow positive, and as they posted, possibly by yearend.  That in itself is a milestone only 20% of companies achieve.  I'm getting ready.   Get Ready!
