I am kinda wondering that myself after this update

I am kinda wondering that myself after this update we just got...Since we are streaming on Film-On, still right that hasn't changed?, then all that would need to be done is to load the content on the servers....2000+ hours of content should take less than a day to load to servers. So I am kinda lost when it comes time to why the push back was so far unless it has to do with licensing, again.... IDK what to think anymore here, TBH.
