I threw a lifeline out to an old contact from my VLCO days. If anyone knows anything about programming for sale or purchased, it should be him. If I know him the way I think I do, if he knows about this deal, he might have insight as to it's valuation and target audience as well. If it's VLCO's old "treasure", he will DEFINITELY know about it.
