US Natural Gas Corp (US Natural Gas) is a development-stage oil and natural gas company. US Natural Gas is engaged in exploration, development and production activities in the Appalachian Basin, particularly in the states of Kentucky and West Virginia. The Company’s business activities focus primarily on the drilling and acquisition of developed and underdeveloped proprieties and on the enhancement and development of these properties. The Company's operations are divided amongst two wholly owned subsidiaries, US Natural Gas Corp KY (KY) and US Natural Gas Corp WV (WV). US Natural Gas maintains leaseholds on mineral rights covering approximately 5,700 acres in addition to rights of way in Kentucky and 12,000 acres in West Virginia. During the year ended December 31, 2012, the Company has acquired two wells capable of producing natural gas.
