So there it is--it may or may not happen (the shutdown) with the likelihood of approval dates being delayed... maybe. We may get hope?!? We may get change?!? We may get tax dollars hard at work? Or, just the same ole BS?!?
Let us hope that approval is already in hand since that is very much plausible.
