Bud, you need to believe it. because it is serious. Further, MB sent their letter directly to the SEC, by snail mail.
They'll be watching, even if they don't ask questions. Any filings by the new auditor better be accurate..
Then there's the other problem. All the details of the S-1 will have to be rehashed....expect a long long delay before it gets files, if ever.
