(OTC.PK: EXMT) today announced that the company is in negotiation with a buyout offer and joint venture partner of one of its subsidiaries in the Medical Marijuana business space . The company has received an offer for a potential buyout of one of its subsidiaries and is reviewing the contract offer at this time.
