Recent post of mine that was deleted for being "off topic". What a joke that place is!
I am just as committed to seeing this company and my investment in it to/through HemaXellerate & Min/Benitec trials as I have been from the very start. What I will not do is entertain ignorance and bashing.
With respect to my HemaXellerate "mishap" posting, my words are:
"I confirmed with the company that there was indeed a mishap with the trademark--HemXellerate was never intended for trademark protection. HemaXellerate was/is since it is the product to be marketed. Therefore, HemXellerate trademark was intentionally "abandoned". As previously noted, the process for HemaXellerate is processing as it should."
Therefore, understand, the "mishap" is no longer an issue. And has not been since the application for HemaXellerate was filed.
The company is NOT keeping us in the dark; everything that is public and needed to reiterate the current state of things can be easily accessed if you just look for it. They are spending their time creating treatments for cancer and blood diseases and trying to work their way through red tape.
If there was an FDA denial, the company has four days to release such. If there is an approval, they very well may be excused from releasing such for a certain period of time for reasons provided in the SEC laws that I HAVE ALREADY PROVIDED. Such is done frequently in efforts to protect companies experiencing extraordinary situations.
THERE HAS BEEN NO DENIAL!
I know what I own and I continue to accumulate as I can.
