MIHL board could you elaborate on the 200,000 tend

MIHL board could you elaborate on the 200,000 tendr fee and how you plan to raise the funds or is that still unclear? How will the investors of the tender fee be compensated? Will they be compensated after the bonds are aquired with the bonds? After that process is complete do you think it will be relatively easy to raise funds with the collateral? Since October 15th is the tenative date for the bond completion I am assuming that you are planning on the skull and crossbones and audited financials to have already been resolved by that date? Forgive me for not following exactly how all this works as I am still learning.
