As of June 30, 2013, there were only 121,934,347 shares outstanding to be traded. The float could be even lower! This is a very small amount of shares to be traded. A supply and demand curve will show you that increased demand (ridiculous buzz and solid accumulation as of late) with a low supply can quickly equate to a price increase. $STBV
