How about tanker filling? ANY IDEAS on this long dropped topic?

Speaking of tankers filled and rolling,

there once was some talk about the method of filling those tankers... the TOP-LOAD method was somewhat slow and inefficient compared to the BOTTOM-LOAD method of filling tankers!

Supposedly there was a BOTTOM-LOAD transfer pad being planned for construction at the NF, NY, site.

Can any JBI observers or shareholders located in the NF area TELL US whether tankers being loaded at the site are being top-loaded -or- bottom-loaded? Can the tanker loading location be seen from off site along the roadway?

I doubt that the loading method used constitutes a "material event" so there would be NO REASON for JBI to submit a filing or to PR the change to a bottom-load transfer pad on the site, however, a quicker method for loading tankers as fuel production ramps up is both important and would be an indicator of probable increasing of revenues Q over Q!

I would greatly appreciate any information those in the NF vicinity can share about those tankers being loaded with those shareholders who do not live anywhere near NF!
