pizzaclown, thanks for the welcome! Diante stated he valued the music library at 300 million low end, and that is just sitting there! With it put to use, it's worth much more. This is defintely the rich asset base discussed in the latest PR. If indeed the library can somehow be appraised for 300 million low end, then based on the O.S. count, the share price of MPIX is worth roughly fifty cents. I'm basing this on the 623 million shares plus, in the O.S. count on OTCmarkets. I called the T/A a couple of days ago and the count stands as I stated. The restricted shares are at 301, or 303 million, I'm not sure I didn't write it down. Roxanna said during the June 2011 interview that she had the library appraised in the mid nineties for 120 million. She also mentioned a $2.50 to $5.00 share price within two years. I don't know how long Diante has been involved with Rox. I remember the picture of him appearing late last year on the emaxworldwide website. I would think that the initial J.V. with Churchhill Lloyd that was canceled after Diante became President of Emaxmedia Group was already an order by Diante as CEO. I'm of the opinion that his people, Wayne Kalish and Chris Addison were somehow directly, or indirectly involved with this. Here is a great site to go back into the past for PR's of MPIX. http://www2.marketwire.com/mw/mmframe?prid=57...id=1143682
