a powerful politician who spent time living in harlem decided business was evil; this was all part of a liberal tv documentary-see also author of Predator Nation on Charlie Rose program
and thus when he gained higher office in 2008 he came against big business but was frustrated he could do no nothing because of their legal and political etc clout -so he reportedly hired 100's of extra sec lawyers w a political command to attack small business-
so cwrn was 1 of thousands of penny companies hurt by these political games which totally turned the penny market around to detriment of longs -
sec then apparently green lighted dtc to restrict thousands of pennies- dtc was always held in check by regs before -and was only happy to oblige as reportedly owned by brokers who in collusion w dtc restrict and then short our own stocks against us
and for profit otc was only happy to slap ce on 100's of pennies to force them to run a gauntlet of many extra filings because 40% of otc's revenues come from those filings and shorters fraudulently shouted to otc jan 2011 when pps was rising 85%/day that there was a newsletter promo,
which as per otcs own made up rules was not allowed for limited info co's like cwrn so w no further investigation than seeing pps rise dramatically every day otc slaps ce-they personally told me these things over the phone as everybody also knows-they have no reason to do more investigation -would cut into their profit
so there was politically motivated self interested conflict of interest fraud by a number of groups to push pps down and stop market forces which continues to this day which is why nobody has even attempted to prove there is another more undervalued stock for over 18 months
the new owners are working on audited financials -which werent possible w previous jva alleged commingling etc and sec reg statement etc as noted by the PR and KMG IR to remove these fraudulent artificial market restrictions- and uplist to OTCBB as Bob planned on doing(may 2011 pr )until all these games stopped him
