All Here once to be Agree on same Revenues or Stock- Price
Estimate numbers, because everybody just coming- up with
something different is only causing confusions and really
nothing for the GOOD we need to Relay On !
1. Up-Front lets be Agree on the Stock EPS- Ratios & Earning Definition :
- Blue- Chips have an EPS- Ratio of 10 - 20x , OK !
- None Blue- Chips have an EPS- Ratio of 30 - 60x , OK !
- TRTC as No Blue- Chip to apply middle EPS- Ration of 45x !
- TRTC Stocks instead as Issued & Outstanding 88 Mn take 100 Mn !
( OTC Markets Registered Free- Floating Stocks of 48 Mn, same as 2012 )
- Revenue is Not Earning and Earning is the Margin Not Net- Income
and Net- Income Is after Deductions of Any Expenses from Earning
and before of Any Taxes !
2. For Annual Revenues & Earning to calculate we have TRTC Information’s as :
- 5-Acre Production Plant Revenue $ 10 Mn - we apply 9 Mn by Margin 40 % !
( This also as model to sell High- Tech Companies to US Farming Industry. )
- Contracts with NB Plants of 100% & GroRite of 50% From Its Productions !
NB & GroRite Contracts grant TRTC a Royalty of 10% from its Revenues,
the complain send TRTC to increase this to at least 20% since any Agency
Royalty Standards are between 30 - 60% depending on Items- Price Range.
Wondering when the Vande Vredes will be more reasonable to allow the
Royalty of 20%, but resulting we now need to calculate by 10% only.
From NB Plants is known Revenues $ 6 Mn and GroRite $ 4 Mn, by the
Contracts % Resulting to $ 8 Mn, but we take $ 7 Mn to calculate !
- We have now the Starting Q2 of 65 Days Edible Garden Corp. participation
resulting to $ 0,665 Mn, taking this for the Quarters of usually 90 Days
would result to $ 0,920 Mn, but until now we have no TRTC reply of why
its Estimate Q2 for 65 Days of $ 0,8 Mn was not achieved and therefore
it becomes difficult to use the numbers for calculations !
- Florida Project of Revenue $ 800,000 , where TRTC get a Royalty of 15%,
the complain for after the first Business- Year to increase this also to 20%
is made to TRTC, but since there is not yet any TRTC reconfirmation we
need to calculate this by the Royalty of 15% !
- For the Hydroponic Equipments & Accessories & Companies Sales
we have not any reliable Estimate Numbers and need to wait until
the next Version of Investors Presentation.
Therefore at the moment we cannot consider this !
- For TRTC’s Electricity Management Matter we have also No Numbers
until now and therefore cannot consider this !
This Above Points 1. and 2. As Calculation Basis !!
According to Above and to make it a little more simple,
the Calculation Estimates of Revenue, Earnings and
Stock- Price only as from 2014 :
- New 5-Acre Production Plant, Revenue $ 9 Mn, Earning $ 3,6 Mn !
- NB Plants & GroRite Contracts, Revenue $ 7 Mn, Earning $ 0,7 Mn !
- Florida Project, Revenue $ 0,8 Mn, Earning $ 0,12 Mn !
( Here Without New Such Projects TRTC Announced For US Wide ! )
- Hydroponic Equipments & Accessories & Complete Companies Sales also
under Contracts for Edible Garden Products as in Florida, here not considered !
- The TRTC’s Electricity Management Matter, here not considered !
( Here Without Any MJ or Hemp Growing Projects Soon Possible ! )
As Resulting :
2014 Revenue Estimate = $ 16,8 Mn
2014 Earning Estimate = $ 4,42 Mn
TRTC Stock- Price = $ 1,99 at for example 100 Mn Stocks by EPS- Ratio 45x !!
This within the first 6 Months of 2014, depending on TRTC Progress
Information’s and the resulting Investors Reactions !!
At during 2012 until Q1 2013, the Monthly Money Net- Loss
was at $ 0,5 Mn and this now by 50% Less has improved !.
At Same Rate TRTC Will Be Writing Black- Profit Numbers
Already As From Within November 2013 !!
3. If TRTC by the US Fed. would be allowed to grow MJ or TRTC does
Grow the Gene Manipulated CBD Hemp with ZERO THC as already by
the US Senate as Industrial Agricultural Product Is US Wide Legalized,
it compare the Bio·Vegetable & Herbs could provide a 7 - 10x Higher
Profit- Margin resulting the Stock- Price of $ 1,99 to increase 6 - 8x !!
To use possibly Morphine- Based Medication with Huge- Side- Effects only
for Last Days of Life, because CBD can replace over 90 % of Morphine
Pain- Therapy Applications, beside its potential to reduce Cancer, Etc. !
For TRTC because there is no other same US company existing it means
also, if GW Pharmaceuticals owned by the Big Companies Consortium of
worldwide annual Revenues $ 160 Bn is deciding to have Production of
CBD Sativex also in the US as well for Latin America Markets, it could by
TRTC in US get the Gene Manipulated CBD Hemp produced Hydroponically
Free Of Very Toxic Pesticides, instead now just everything Europe Made !!
Depending on US MJ Laws, TRTC has the Big Potential to become
„King of Marijuana“ because has the capacity to produce the MMJ
in the Best Med. Bio-Quality for the complete US Demand without
Very Toxic Pesticides as by any other much smaller producers !!

At MJ or CBD Production Conditions it would mean if take above F.8x :
Earning $ 35,36 Mn = Stock- Price $ 15,92 / at OS of 100 Mn Stocks !!

numbers exist not even been considered !
