Please show me where the right to health insurance

Please show me where the right to health insurance is guaranteed! How about the millions of people who are now losing their insurance (DESPITE BO'S LIE THAT THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO KEEP THEIR INSURANCE!)
Our neighbor has worked for the same company for 9 yrs and they paid her Blue Cross insurance. Last week she got a letter that her hours were being reduced and she was no longer eligible for insurance! She said with the reduced hours and resulting drop in pay, she can't afford insurance on her own. And she voted for BO! She is a single mother of 2 teenagers and needs insurance.
As far as the law that Cruz is trying to defund or delay, the law that Pelosi pushed through in the middle of the night no longer exists! It has been changed and amended to many times. Even Congress and their aides are now going to get taxpayer subsidies for health insurance. Big corporations were given an extension while the hard working middle class are given the shaft!
The unions who helped lobby for Obamacare are now finding out what is in that bill and several of the largest unions are against it!
Do you know how high the deductibles are? The poor taxpayer subsidized patient won't even be able to cover the co-pays and deductibles!
The computers that are to handle the policy pricing are still being tested and ARE NOT READY!
Obama’s own administration has ordered 19 emergency delays to provisions of the law that have proved impossible to achieve or implement on a timely basis.
