MOTION TO WITHDRAW THE APPEARANCE OF MPOLI SIMWANZA-JOHNSON
Mpoli Simwanza-Johnson respectfully requests leave to withdraw her appearance as
counsel of record on behalf of Playboy Enterprises International, Inc. in the above-captioned
matter. As of September 14, 2013, Ms. Simwanza-Johnson will no longer be an associate at
Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP and will no longer be counsel for Playboy. Playboy will
continue to be represented by other counsel at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP and counsel at
Venable LLP. No party will be prejudiced by this withdrawal.
