100% Maui Red Catuai arabica coffee beans, custom roasted at our Kualapu‘u plantation with a Moloka‘i interpretation. A medium roast coaxes out a subtle Maui attitude. Balanced with hints of spice.
This coffee is the lightest roast we offer.

" Cupping: Now finishing my second, I can say (as you know already) that this is a winner. First taste reaction: mmm, "essence of coffee". I can't point to a single characteristic - not sharp or espresso-ish, and more character and flavor than some medium-roasts. Definitely well-balanced, a very comfortable strength and bouquet which is lovely for lingering over for a cup or two. It's a winner. Nice. "
