With a merger of a company worth $1M, we are looking at a minimum PPS value of 0.003 to 0.004 based on book value only. $2M company.... 0.006 to 0.008 PPS. $4M company .... 1.2 cents 1.6 cents in PPS. Now this is book value only. When you factor in increasing revenues and profits, the PPS valuation goes higher and higher depending on what company merges in.
