Well said arstegall. I admit that it's always best to remain silent but then again opinions are opinions and that's what stock message boards are for. I also don't believe that my posts are effecting the PPS. If my words had that much power then I would be rich! If we all remained silent and just accepted what has transpired then we might not have the changes that TECO has "supposedly" put into action. Speaking out publically with the truth is what a prospective investor could find on their own in making their decision to buy, sell or hold. Maybe I want to spare some the agony of the "wait"! LOL! Again; I still wait to see the proven results from these operational changes. If nothing improves and the "stroking" continues quarter over quarter then eventually we should collectively act and seek third party answers as to what is going wrong or what went wrong and why. My limit hasn't been reached yet but something needs to give by mid 2014 which should be plenty of time for these changes to make a difference if they were implemented as early as 1st quarter 2013. It's good to see shareholders with your background are still on board. It does provide me a bit more confidence but I do understand your reasons for holding could be numerous and not just due to your oil E&P background.
