usual legal bs -same old games- CWRN attorneys experience w these ambulance chasers is the same as mine- -I've explained at length how these crafters operate-=they have brought 5 ridiculous rounds of attacks against CWRN re depositions-and I've already explained in detail why they've been ridiculous
just like shorters they throw an artillery barrage of lies knowing if the judge gets tired and believes even 1 lie they've got the judge-these games indicate to me that they think they cannot win on the merits-
and so desperately keep playing the games-what they say doesnt even make sense-in the court docs they said they didnt know Bob wasnt Ceo when they deposed him Aug 2-what ??,didnt they read the 6-25-12 PR? - and they keep bringing Bobs run in w sec and doj to the attention of the court-which has no bearing on this case so how could they not know he was no longer CEO-also thy previously tried to involve Brad,so they have to know Brad bought the controlling interest plus the last PR
