Do you really think that out of the estimated 8K

Do you really think that out of the estimated 8K shareholders; I'm the only one that feels the way I do? Do you have so much DD that your 110% confident there's been zero wrong doing and past performance is just "bad luck"?  If so then I wish you would post it!  York should be in jail! That back pocketing SOB and though that is just theory then I would !   Do you think the newsletter is simply to be nice to investors or is it a liability defense that's been recently implemented for protection?  Do you know how easy it would be to produce a "class" given the past performance and the 2012 PR's alone? Because many of us with 10's and 100's of thousands invested are getting very tired!  Let's see how 2013 unfolds into the second half of 2014 before jumping to conclusions but a complaint should never be out of the question.  Or should shareholders continue to roll over and take it up the arse?  We own the company!  Your ongoing "Get Readys" are probably enough to prove shareholder negligence and especially if your related to the company.  We're talking about a lot of money here between many investors.  I have tens of thousands tied up in restricted shares that I can't execute because they can't gain "current filer" status. I'm not alone and that times how many others might draw some attention.   Stop acting like where dealing with the angels of the business world! I'm not that gullible.
