John Scott should make a public statement regarding the merger with CBYI. A simple public statement whether or not the merger is in process or not would end all of this discussion.
If CBYI is a Pump and Dump I am sure John Scott would not want to be any part of it with his good name and company in the middle. Why don't you see if John Scott will make a public statement on this?
I would like to move forward past all this talk of CBYI just being a pump and dump. I want to concentrate more attention on the company and it's bright future.
