It is obvious that there are two camps on this board. On the one hand, you have the strong believers in Cambertire, a merger happening, and buying more shares. . On the other side, you have those who believe a merger won't happen, Roger Pawson is trying to get your money. and they are trying (unsuccessfully) to throw up every debunked idea on the planet to discourage people from investing in this stock. Sorry, it appears that this one is going to happen. Ask yourself this. Roger Pawson was introduced to John Scott, who sold him on the concept of cambertires. He is going to be a business partner with John in the sense he will hold shares, nothing else. It is one thing to defraud unknown investors , if indeed that happened, quite another to defraud a business partner. Does that make sense to you? He needs John Scott.
