Sweet, the PPS is for the most part always built into the news. Volume precedes price.
For instance if the 10Q1 was not built into the .012 PPS we would be sub penny by now based on that report. That said and IMO the .04 would have been built into the 10K. IMO the volume preceding the run up to .04 was artificially induced by an investment club called the Billionaires Boys Club. They were buying and the PPS went up. When then started selling at their predetermined price point; the PPS went back to "market perception" levels based on the chitty 10K. Without the BBC; the PPS would have never hit .04 because the 10K didn't warrant it. I'm still very hopeful that TECO can pull it off.
