It shows that the largest volume of stock traded was at .003 or lower, but from everything I can figure the company didn't put any stock into the market at that level.
Was it wash trading? Did the big boys who made out shorting at .04 and over short more below .003?
From the looks of this chart there may be 2-3 times the actual public float out there. This could easily pull the company back up to the .04 level as additional licensing agreements are announced.
