Our attorney, Jody Walker, has mentioned she has 16 days from the date the information was posted, as mentioned in this recent lower tier  PR:

"... our company attorney, who has 16 days to fill out the forms, ensures ORION DHC, Inc shareholders that the company has uploaded the proper sections of the company reports."

Certainly, all of us at OODH want her to perform a rigorous review of the information uploaded; and  I feel she can do just that but in a shorter time-frame than the 16 day deadline but I am not pressing her to rush.  

In addition, The OTC Markets Group has made contact with  Attorney Walker to inform her that her client (OODH) has in-fact provided all the required information for a listing on the OTC MARKETS "PINK" CURRENT tier.  ~As posted on their website.

The OTC Markets has advised OODH (as of yesterday) that once Jody posts the letter to their website, the stupid "Skelton" thing will come off within 15 Minutes! And OODH will become a "OTC Pink Current Company" - with this image next to the ticker page:


...and (to boot) your OODH Level 2  data will begin being displayed on the same page as well. That will be nice for the few OODH shareholders who use that website.

So, for our shareholders, I hope Attorney Walker comes through sooner but if not, she only has about 12 days remaining from when we released current company information to the public via that website ( www.otcmarkets.com ). 


Therefore, to answer your question, it's coming... that's about all I can say about it. 


On another note, it could get REAL interesting with OODH trading right alongside other wonderful companies listed on the same Pinky Tier,  such as:
