from OTC newsletter today--until ca 3 years ago OTCQB was simply called fully reporting-meaning reporting to the sec or a bank or ins co- but for our purposes reporting to the sec
and OTCQX was a new category often comprised of foreign blue chips that dont want to bother w the rules/requirements of major USA exchanges
they dont list the hundreds of co's w ce or the sometimes up to 10,000 grey market co's
w removal of dtc we will be at a minimum current info classification,where its possible we will be for an interval before sec approves uplisting to OTCQB as an sec reporting co-
I'm not familiar w the full mechanics of the transition in a case where we have prospectus audited financials and sec reg statement because stocks are highly specialized world of their own-not taught in accounting and economic majors-and were on the bottom of my list-only got into help my friends-and nobody has filled in the missing technical nature of the transition
