Mystery solved. Apparently the management team from SRGE, all management from MSJ and what appears to have been the entire Mexican justice system were all having a meeting in SRGE's fifth floor office when it was mysteriously teleported into the realm of ridiculousness. It seems that the mining properties were also present as exhibits. They are all gone so now everyone can go back to what they were doing. Nothing to see here (literally).
