Because I am really poor right now, and want to get sick from caviar instead of egg salad just to see if there is a big difference! LOL! Not to mention 5 kids, twice as many grand children, and 28 nieces and nephews at last count who are all nearly as poor as I am!! LOL! Fingers crossed the turtles still win races..
