If he retires the 600 million shares, that would put this at 1.7 billion O/S, well below the 4 billion A/S. No need for a reverse split IMO. Also, if the PPS eventually gets out of the trips and ascends appreciably, again no need of one. I am banking on this scenario and will buy more.
