Not everything, but some things to a point I guess. The point is (concerning R/S), why would he say it will not happen and jeopardize any last vestige of credibility? Anything that you post on the internet lives on forever. Any new investor can easily find these posts which would not look good for Mr. S and his future endeavors. That is why I say he won't do a R/S.
