The last communication, that we know of on Regulat

The last communication, that we know of on Regulations.gov, was a discussion with the FAA of times, dates and events leading up to first flight...that was April 2011. We know that didn't work out, but does anyone think that Baltia might be doing that right now to get everything co-ordinated before releasing that official manual approval...???
