You are correct and effective immediately, I am no longer going to defend the silence of the company. I noted the USPTO update early this morning. And although I immediately concluded that such was a result of the Oregon State patent debacle (though this is entirely supposition on my part as I have not discussed the matter with the USPTO), I did not feel the need to address it publicly, believing the company would update the shareholders to that as well as several other matters, before the status was noted by the basher's-at-large. Silly me.
I am just as disgusted by the silence as everyone else with an invested interest in this company. Therefore, effective immediately, I will not make excuses for the silence. We are past due for updates if for no other reason than to shield we shareholders from the nefarious play of the manipulators. Play that is, at this point, being assisted by the silence of the company.
Today's events were very unfortunate and I feel a lot of work was undone by the submission of a single post intended to incite mayhem.
The science is all there. Proof of modifications within the previously established financial arrangements is all there. Logical explanations for the amount of time it is taking to see the Hema IND completed have been provided. Confirmation of the Min preclinical trials moving as anticipated have been provided. But, proof that shareholder concerns is of great importance has not. And this is very, very unfortunate. I will make no excuses for that.
My suggestion is that if you are going to stay in, do not look at the pps for the next several days. They are going to decimate it every day there is no update by the company. Watching the action will only make you that much more disgusted.
