Treaty Energy Corporation Newsletter for the Week
Post# of 39368
Quarterly Financials (Treaty Energy Corporation):
The Company has completed the first quarter financials and is slated for release this week. The last mention of quarterly financials was in the August 19, 2013 newsletter. Shortly after the last announcement, both parties discovered minor inconsistences in acquisition dates and adjustments had to be made, which halted the release of the financials for several weeks to readjust the numbers.
These discrepancies were based on the dates of new lease acquisitions (Mitchell #3 & #4) that were moved to the subsequent events section of the financials. With lease acquisition dates clarified the documents are now ready for release and are scheduled to be released along with a formal announcement.
West Texas (C&C Petroleum Management, LLC):
Mitchell #1
The Mitchell #1 pulling rig will be on site tomorrow, September 16, 2013. The pulling rig was initially scheduled for Thursday, September 12, 2013, but rig operators pushed back the date due to scheduling conflict with the site operations team. Site supervisors will be on-site tomorrow to monitor the well to ensure they are done correctly.
Mitchell #3 & #4
TNC performed general maintenance last week on both Mitchell wells. This general maintenance included a hot oil treatment to the well. It is expected to increase production temporarily by an estimated 5 barrels of oil per day on each well. This operation is part of normal cyclical well maintenance, and is expected increase the longevity of the well’s production life.
Stockton #1
As previously announced, the Company will perform a re-perforation on the Stockton #1 by the end of this month. Plans are continuing to be made to meet that deadline.
Stockton #2 & #3
An announcement regarding drilling plans will be made later this week. Please visit www.treatyenergy.com later this week for more information.
Investor Packet Update:
With pending news releases on the Stockton #2 and #3 and quarterly financials, some changes have been requested delaying the release of this packet. The investor packet will be released next week in the newsletter for September 23, 2013 following revisions made after these announcements once the Company has had adequate time to review.
