PV Enterprises International, Inc. (PVE) enters into an agreement with Invisosoft, Inc. (A
Global Visual Communications Company) to create a newly formed corportation
under the name of "REGATTA COMMUNICATIONS, Inc." Mr.Joseph A. Badolato was
appointed President/CEO of the Company. Mr. Badolato, a veteran Investment
Banker,and a Pioneer in Visual Collaborative Communications, stated " We are entering
into a new era of communications in which people are gravitating towards Face to Face
Technology, this allows you to bring intimacy into the picture, communicating online
effectively and efficiently is changing the way we do business today."
Mr. Badolato is pleased to announce the release what he believes to be the first Maritime
Visual Communications Platform in the world. Some of the features are:
