This Fridays Tips should really be called merger(s) update. We have completed several dozen mergers for various companies these past couple of months. This is a snippet of what is to come and the launch plan(s) for each. (See * beside each company name as the following section applies to them only )
*Company will start issuing news though secondary news channels. Secondary means PrBuzz.Com and similar type service providers. Pr Buzz news releases do show up on primary carrier networks and on many trading platforms however with a 24 to 72 hrs delay. We used this method in awareness for many companies in pre launch and maintenance IR awareness mode in the past. It does work and it works great. It builds a wide shareholder base and following and a more robust and healthier trading pattern. The price appreciates in a steady “rolling hill” type manner compared to a “picket fence” where the price shoots up some 500 to 2,000% and down that amount and then some! This is a smoke and burn type awareness (SB), which SEC frowns upon and companies get slammed with skull and bones rank by OTC Markets, DTCC Chill which are next to impossible to remove. In the later many new and novice shareholders get burned as the primary type or SB type awareness is unsustainable in the long run. We warned many of our followers on some ex clients who have engaged in the SB type awareness and if you know who we are talking about they all shot up some 1,000- 1,500% and now the Alpine type down trend started. This is almost always followed by a DTCC chill and a kiss of death to a retail shareholders position. We are trying to avoid this type of conduct on clients we advise.
PTSH
Navistar the operating subsidiary of PTSH has filed a reorganizational filing. Similar to Chapter 11 in USA bankruptcy proceedings. The 2012 Olympics was a gamble for the company which did not return the results the co was looking for.

This in no way effects PTSH security legally as Navistar is an operating subsidiary of PTSH and PTSH is Navistar’s major shareholder / stakeholder. PTSH management is in discussions with the waste disposal company for a merger as previously announced.

Incoming merger company, is a USA based company authorized to license private label liquors and wines through its agreement with the licensed US import company Specialty Spirits Imports Inc. Company has the ability to offer and produce private label Vodkas, Tequilas, Liquors, Wines, Prosecco, Cognac and every other liquor under a private label brand.

Grid Grabber CEO in direct talks with USA based group for a buy out. Other then that we don’t have much more to add. We did also make an introduction and re intro of the Argentina mining co for company to consider. If anything more solidifies we will update as to what we know.
HIRU
We met with the secondary MindUp company last week. As the Chinese have gone completely dark and silent on HIRU Mind Up intends to make a move on this company legally to gain control. Watch for web site updates on various projects they are working on followed up by secondary news announcements. The MindUp scientists are committed to making HIRU a go! Tip: they are scientists so they don't rush they check everything 10x over and cross all the Ts and dot their I’s. It will start we expect within next 7-10 days and constant updates on secondary news over the next 90 days. They have a stack of updates that have accumulated that they intend to release. If you like medical companies this one is good.
AGIJ *
Company had a wild ride this week with DTCC chill removal and 2 new accredited investors taking preferred positions and consolidating debt into preferred shares. There is a short make no mistakes about that. We had several calls from various organizations asking if we know where they can get “blocks of stocks”. FYI “blocks” are not few thousand shares blocks are calculated in millions. Other than retail buying AGIJ CEO has the treasury in a lock down mode!!. Watch for cross trades, painting at the end of the day, bashing and various other abuses these traders will try to deploy to shake down the tree. Over the weekend if you get a chance go to www.investorshangout.com for some interesting update that should put a smile on many AGIJ long term shareholders. In the meantime we ask all AGIJ shareholders to place a “do not lend stock” order with their broker.
TNRI*
Many small brokerages are NOT showing TNRI in their e system, especially EU brokers. This was because of a DTCC chill hat was put on TNRI a while ago due to some issues TNRI transfer agent had. This has since been resolved however the old chill is still showing up on many small brokerages. (Small brokerages represent more than 50% of today’s trading).The company is aware of this and in contact with DTCC. They have received a verbal OK that all is OK with TNRI. We are working with the company to obtain a filing similar to AGIJ filing “No DTCC Chill”. That should be ready sometime next week which should make a great kick off to an awareness campaign.
