The problem there is that most people who are in these two stocks are likely fully vested and probably underwater and have little to no dry powder. I agree in principle that "Folks need to buy everything they can at these levels." In order to accomplish that, I see a compelling necessity to bring in new buyers to get these stocks to respectable levels. That's where PRs can come into play.
