We are waiting for our Attorney Jody Walker to upload her portion of the docs to OTC Markets, she was supposed to do it Friday afternoon and she decided to take Friday off to spend with her kids. She said she will be back on Monday, so I will hound her as much as I can to get her letter uploaded in a timely manner--- hopefully without upsetting her!
Because we have submitted all the required sections from our end, her letter will remove that stupid "Skelton thing" on our company page on OTC Markets; and then we can move forward from there, and perhaps engage some awareness folks.
Geez... we just gave those OTC Market people $5000 to take a picture off our page...figured it would have been gone already! Lol
The company has all sorts of assets, both fixed and liquid, and exclusively for our shareholders we are looking to find a good auditor who can upload a "Letter of Audit" clearly verifying all OODH assets . Do you know of a good auditor? Please pass that info along if you do; that is if you can a free up minute or two.
The ones I am looking at right now are; KPMG LLP , PricewatersHouseCooper and there is a smaller one in Texas called GBH www.gbhcpas.com -- looking but have not settled on one yet.
So long as they are PCAOB certified we can use them to come check out our books and write a letter confirming what we have in our records.
If all goes well with our new partners in Real Property, we will be adding 200 to 500 homes as per the company website ( www.oriondhc.com ) .... that's enough homes to make our books shine all the way into an uplisting. In my opinion of course!
Basically, if you're concerned about anything, just wait for our audit letter... but once our attorney gets things squared away for us and the audit letter arrives and is uploaded.............. I highly doubt the door on the bus will remain open like it is right now.
There could be way too many passengers.... all pushing and shoving each other to get a seat!
A $1.47 book value is better than half the stocks that trade on the NASDAQ ! Lol
