My thoughts - we are much closer to actual revenue than people are realizing (closer w.r.t. Prurisol that is). Forget Prurisol (well - don't actually forget it) and go for orphan, fastrack antibiotics - HELL YEAH!!! Show us the money!
And then go annihilate the psoriasis competitors.
