Yes,NR2,you have shown that one can share negative feelings/concerns and not come across as a "basher".That was well written and not argumentative and appears sincere and from the heart.
I'll give you the thumbnail version.TP , BK,Pete,BJ and others can go into more detail if you need.
Bottom line is that Leo is building shareholder value.It is commonly expected for CTIX to be bought out by BIG PH.
Leo is doing everything with that goal in mind.The POC with P was cancelled because what they are seeing in the K trials are so promising that they are not worried about where future funds will come from.Uplisting will further augment their position and get them on the RADAR.
Bringing P back here for ph2/3 is happening faster than it would if the POC was done.They are also saving 100's of 1000's of dollars by doing this.Yes we lost a near term catalyst but if you are holding for all the "marbles" then a near term spike is just a blip on the radar.
Just my opinion but by ramping up the ph2/3 FDA P trials and racheting up their PYMX
pipeline while Ph 1 K trial concluding next year 2Q(?) releasing the data on P21/P53 Tox,etc.CTIX becomes a buyout target that the "Big Boys" won't be able to ignore and if Pfizer is on the top of the list as I think they are,with their very deep pockets,they will not want CTIX to slip through their fingers.
Leo knows what the sale price is that he will expect.The Big Boys know that too.A bidding war had better start with everyone's best offer.
That is what Leo is focused on.The POC is not necessary at this point.
