- no change in share structure for 2 years document to be filed
- q2 financials and legal opinion letter reobtaining pink current status
- audited financials with uplist to otcbb in Q3 or early Q4
- RIGH debt conversion = revenue on BCAP books now
- TGGI debt conversion = revenue on BCAP books later this year
- increase in TA business with increase in TA clients
- obtaining brokerage business for retail and securities IPOs and r/ms
- multiple private companies going public with Baron this year

Matt is working on all of these items right now and is making progress on all of these.
