I am not an engineer either, so send all ideas to c.coats@hyimpact.com.  It is amazing the number of things that have been created/fixed by non engineers. I have a good friend who works for some of the biggest companies in America.  He is not an engineer, but he is able to do things with motors and drives that most engineers cannot do.  Engineers are taught how to think and what "works"  so that they are limited in how to think outside of the box. He does the impossible, that is the impossible with conventional thinking.  Someones idea may just be the thing to put us over the top.  My best to all,  Jim
