bashers have been deceived by the leaders ,thinking they can libel at will due to a case where the judge mistakenly thought was a chat board- and thus applied 1st amendment SLAPP protection, misled by defendants.
In that or another 1st amendment case 3 things were specifically allowed including calling something a scam-thats why bashers using a handbook call every stock they bash a scam
theres a big difference between a chat board where e.g. somebody might call any philosophical subject a scam like Camus or Darwin,and a stock board where as per the SEC's own rules,whether enforced on longs behalf or not, prohibits statements designed to defraud stockholders.
again, libel laws- simple negligence is standard for a private person, "reckless disregard for the truth" for a public personality like a rock or movie star,and for these tiny pennies somewhere in between
they go far beyond reckless disregard for the truth, knowingly shouting 1 shout fire lie after another nonstop-
where MONEY is involved, as per SEC's own rules, the 1st amendment is NOT a protection, but they are either unable to or refuse to recognize this
