Steve could produce a show based in Hollywood or LA and call it Kitchen Heat. It would go behind the scenes of some of the hi scale restaurants, depicting some of the chefs and their staff as they struggle to push the food out. He could then stand outside the door and conveniently bump into Hollywood celebs as they exit, TMZ style!
